3. Acceptable Use & Governance
Lawful Operations
You agree to deploy AI agents strictly for lawful purposes in compliance with relevant data protection and communications regulations.
Guardrail Enforcement
All deployed agents must operate within agreed validation guardrails to prevent unauthorized external execution.
4. Fees, Invoicing & Termination
Billing Schedules
Deployment fees and recurring orchestration support are billed pursuant to your statement of work (SOW) or active subscription tier.
Data Export Guarantee
Upon contract termination, you retain continuous access to all your exported data, schemas, and logs.
