Binding Agreement
By accessing or deploying agent clusters on the Zoteva platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not initialize the Service.
Enterprise Authority
The Service is designed for enterprise & commercial operations. You represent that you have full authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
2. Platform Architecture & Delivery
Bespoke Automation
Zoteva delivers custom multi-agent autonomous software tailored to execute defined operations across your infrastructure.
Codebase & Logic Ownership
Upon full deployment and contractual settlement, 100% of custom prompts, state machines, and routing schemas developed specifically for your company belong entirely to you.
3. Acceptable Use & Governance
Lawful Operations
You agree to deploy AI agents strictly for lawful purposes in compliance with relevant data protection and communications regulations.
Guardrail Enforcement
All deployed agents must operate within agreed validation guardrails to prevent unauthorized external execution.
4. Fees, Invoicing & Termination
Billing Schedules
Deployment fees and recurring orchestration support are billed pursuant to your statement of work (SOW) or active subscription tier.
Data Export Guarantee
Upon contract termination, you retain continuous access to all your exported data, schemas, and logs.
